奇怪.无法上传附件!

论坛无法上传附件,图片,种子,txt都无法上传
是不是下面配置错了,还是其他什么权限的?

NT主机转移过去,没有任何提示,上传完了,如果是图显示X

会不会上传附件的文件夹权限没设置？？？
