这句话是什么意思？？in form of a reverse invoice.  这句话应该是专业术语吗  翻译不出来

我的原文是叫他退款到我的hz账户。。也就是balance   叫他不要退款到paypal再冲麻烦。。


现在的情况是。我的账户也是0  paypal也是0 .。。这是不打算退款了吗？？


我的账户也变成未验证状态了。。。
