有满18周岁却不能注册Paypal的孩纸吗?

Hey there, this is a known issue and it affects those who have turned 18 in or around the last year. Our engineers are working round the clock to fix this. I apologise for this and we are looking to get it fixed over the next while.

不知什么时候才能修复好啊....

难不成还要等多一年?
