买了没几天的virmach，ip从海外无法ping通是怎么回事？

装了ss+速锐自用，昨天还是正常的，用手机看过y2b。刚才用网站测试国内+国外都是ping不通的。
virmach网页能登录，但是vps服务器进不去。应该不是被墙吧？有什么解决方法吗？

进vps服务器提示：Error 504  Gateway time-out

我是达拉斯的机房，难道是机房炸了？
之前在用justhost.ru的vps，看y2b的4k无压力，就是不稳定，设置服务器每天重启还会不定时死机。求稳才换的vir……
