win2003下IIS 申请证书问题

win2003 IIS下 上sslforfree申请证书，走普通验证，验证文件放进相应文件夹访问不了，页面跳404，走FTP也不行。。

FTP验证出错，反馈如下。
Pre-verification failed. The directory is incorrect. Ask your host if unsure about the directory or try using an FTP client or >web FTP if you do not have an FTP client to try finding it out.

求大佬指点指点。
