- Due to unfortunate circumstances outside of our control, our upstream provider (Fevvo, Inc) appears to be "deadpooling" , at current the IP address subnets have been un-announced by transit providers, and all of our servers (rented & colocated) are now unreachable.
- We are currently working a solution for this, but at the current stage there is no ETA on the recovery of services on the affected nodes.
- Any customers of other providers, located within any of the IP address ranges listed here (http://bgp.he.net/AS63294#_prefixes) is highly reccomended to check the status and make immediate backups if the service is online.
- We will provide any and all information as we recieve it by either announcement (https://my.virtwire.com/announcements.php?id=115) and/or email to affected customers.
- Please note; sending tickets asking when it will be resolved will not be answered, as all customers will be informed of developments once we have them.
