太倒霉了 在name注册的域名竟然被删除了

在name注册了一个域名 用了几天之后 他们吧我域名删除了 钱也没退给我  我现在改怎么搞呢  

账户也被限制了。

这是他们回我的邮件，可是我写的地址手机号码都是正确的。
