OpenAI API现已放出GPT-3.5和GPT-4模型镜像（0613），大幅提升Rate Limit和上下文长度。
此外，未来会放出更多GPT-4 API权限，逐渐实现waitlist清零。  “With these updates, we’ll be inviting many more people from the waitlist to try GPT-4 over the coming weeks, with the intent to remove the waitlist entirely with this model. 之前GPT-4 8K的API用户也可以用gpt-4-32k-0613了，token生成速度贼快。
